To retrieve the developer .log file please follow these steps:
- In Chrome, on the page experiencing the error, please right click anywhere on that screen and select the option "Inspect."
- A window will open to the right of the screen. Next to the element tab at the top, it will say, "Console", click that tab.
- Some coding will appear in a series of yellow and red boxes. Right click on any of the colored boxes and select the option to "Save As." The File type should say .log.
- Please save it to your desktop.
- Once saved on the desktop, attach it in this email back with all the information above and the picture of your screen with the error.
Once you have given us this information, we will follow up with the error you are encountering and work to get it resolved. If you could possibly send us a screenshot of the problem you are experiencing, that would be extremely helpful as well.
