If you have duplicate CFNC accounts, this often can create technical issues, especially when logging in. You will need to have the duplicate CFNC account deactivated. In order to have your duplicate account deactivated, you will need to contact Tech Assist at 866-866-2362, select option #5. Tech Assist is the only option for deactivating the duplicate account. Once the duplicate account is deactivated, you should be good to go.
