Yes, the CFNC e-transcript system began pulling data from DPI's new student information system, Infinite Campus, on October 17th, 2024, for the schools that had made the transition away from PowerSchool. During this period where some schools are on PowerSchool and some are on Infinite Campus, CFNC e-transcripts will pull from the appropriate system.
Eventually all schools will be on Infinite Campus which will become the only data source for e-transcripts sent through CFNC.org.
Three notes:
- The e-transcript data for students at Phase 1 Infinite Campus high schools who sent e-transcripts through CFNC.org between July 1 and October 16th, 2024, still came from PowerSchool. To ensure colleges received the latest data, CFNC be automatically resending all of these transcripts in late October.
- Students can use the CFNC Application Hub to view a copy of all sent e-transcripts.
- Educators can use CFNC ProTools to view a copy of all sent e-transcripts for students at their high school. For Phase 1 Infinite Campus schools, there will be a delay of several weeks in using ProTools for viewing transcripts sent after October 17th.
